A few receive most of the shepherding.
A few do most of the planning.
A few make most of the decisions.
A few do most of the volunteering.
Therefore, a few people give most of the money.
The Many
Many receive most of the shepherding.
Many do most of the planning.
Many make most of the decisions.
Many do most of the volunteering.
Many give most of the money.
In times of scarcity, focusing on the many works. If you focus on the few, you will do even worse. The resources are among the many, not the few. In a time of scarcity it is important to expand the number of people who are a part of the decision making.
